Penne pasta with four cheeses
If you love cheese, you must indulge in this pasta! Ready in no time and loved by kids of all ages. Make sure all your cheese is fresh!

- 450g penne pasta
- 70g Gorgonzola cheese
- 50g Gruyere or Emmental cheese
- 60g Parmesan cheese
- 70g Taleggio cheese
- 250ml full fat milk
- 200ml double cream
- 1 pinch salt

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to the boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 minutes.
- In a large non-stick pan, melt all the cheeses and mix them with the milk. Add the cream and stir well. Season to taste.
- Toss the pasta with the cheese sauce, stir thoroughly. Serve hotwhite pepper to taste.
