big stupid spender (but not that big)
oh dear. give me a computer for too long and i will inevitably spend money i dont have on amazon. i just ordered the adam and joe show dvd, the bearsuit album and the first yeah yeah yeahs ep. ok, so i did well not to spend more than £25. but that's only because of that thing where as soon as you are well-placed to buy music, you don't have the slightest memory of anything you currently want to buy.
i recently blurted out that i thought i could spend £200,000 on music i want quite easily, and it's true, but for god knows what reason some 20,000 albums that my mind gropes for when i'm in a record shop stay annoyingly out of reach. i should keep a list with me at all times. on second thoughts maybe i shouldn't.
hmm... don't know whether i should be annoyed at not having a ticket for the tsunami benefit thing at the secc. on the plus side, belle and sebastian and teenage fanclub and mogwai and sons and daughters are playing, but given the probable length of their sets its more like belteengwaighters. and some other pish like travis and franz ferdinand or something are playing.
