The Search Continues
Woohoo!
Fatal Frame (sans manual however) has been found, bought, and secured for me. XD That's right Draxxy, you no longer have both you need to look for! *hugs*
I'm a very happy gamer right now. I found an online copy (pdf format) manual and read it through a little. I never really knew the controls when we played FF2 in that comfortably cramp hotel room back in May. Woooooow, in depth stuff really. Gonna be hard to keep track of the first little while I think, but I'll get the hang of it eventually.
I now have three (possibly four) on the lookout for a used copy of the second one in different places. As I haven't bought a used game in a very very very etc. long time the only place I could check was Electronic Boutique...and they only had it new. T_T

On another note I think I have perma writer's block...not just writer's block...but a creative block. Any ideas I come up with are just rehashed stuff from prior stories...or characters that feel like I've made them before. I tried working on the story...and nothing comes out. I have ideas but I need to get through certain scenes before I can have them play out...and it's those inbetween scenes that are a bitch.
I would like to be able to write another story, something I've never written before, something that might be good enough to get published. Not that I don't the Nicaolosin and Ahren story couldn't get published once he go through and proofread the finished product <--(which doesn't exist because I can't get my brain to wrap around ideas and continue the damn thing).
Lately I see that a few other people I know are getting published. So it makes me just a tad jealous because they're reaching -my- goal for -me- before I do. If I didn't know them I don't think this would be so bad, but they're my friends so it kinda stings.
On yet another note, have FAR too much anime that I need to watch. Four spindles of 50 cd's each and working on a 5th. Not to mention two cd cases that hold something like 200 cds each...each almost full... @.@ And I need to get my .Hack stuff back from my boyfriend soon. I've left it this long (maybe 6 months at most) even though I haven't seen it all the way through because I had his extended version of the Fellowship of the Rings for about that long.
I miss Kisa lots. Should probably go on ICQ more often *sheepish grin* just been caught up in Ragnarok Online for a bit. It steals your soul I swear! O.O heh. I know I mentioned that next year would probably be my first trip to see her actually in Kingston instead of at AN. I like that idea because we'd probably find more fun things to do there than we would at another sampling of AN.
Also, miss everybody I shared a room with. Everybody was nice, and we got along awesomely. I have to admit, that despite some of the mishaps and drawbacks I had this year at the con, they (and Kisa of course) made it all worthwhile.
