Job searching sucks

So I still have no job yet... I am starting to get worried. I have sent off countless resumes and not heard back except from one guy, and I don't think I will be starting for him any time soon. He seems a tad flaky and never returns my calls. I called this morning. He answered, and was like " Ohh Allison, I was going to call you tomorrow" which is

I don't have a job yet either! I can't even get a SIMPLE job anywhere!

It's because we're overqualified. They all know we should be on Broadway, not pushing beer nuts. ;-)

Hang in there! They say it takes 20 resumes to get one response (yick!) but given the number I sent out...that's probably about right. You'll find something great that you'll actually enjoy doing...just give it time.

I leave for WI today so I hope you have a great week and a great time at your sister's wedding.
