HAPPY Joy...very happy
I had a great Saturday, ending in good times with old friends. Thanks soooooooooooooo much. You know who you are and it was a fun end to a fun yet long day. You all made me feel REALLY good and I say we must do it all again very soon. It feels good for my company to be desired!!!
Yesterday sucked. We will leave it at that,
Today was a long day. I was invited to go to the lake, but a friend needed my help more than I needed to go to the lake. It was hot today....very freakin hot today. Needless to say, I got a terrible heat headache and was on my way home when Chris called to tell me there was a package on the doorstep. I got super excited and asked if it was from Tim, and he read the label slowly...PUNK...LOL. It WAS from Tim, so I was like WHOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOO MY NOZZLES!!! So I rushed home and ripped into the box. Ok, maybe I did not exactly rip into the box since precision parts were hidden away inside, but I enthusiastically opened it, ok? I was amazed at the tiny box inside, and thinking about how much said tiny box of parts cost. LOL There also were die cast cars inside: a golf tdi, a bug, and a BUS!!! I was alllll smiles. So, I see a Vag Com in my very near future. Must boost my commissions.....
Speaking of commissions, I just took a big one. I will be making a VERY accurate Alucard from Hellsing. This shall be not only a challenge, but something to be very proud of and a very nice addition to my growing portfolio. I want a silk screen for my birthday because I have neat ideas for its use as well.
Hey, I just got paid.... I'm gonna head over to Ebay and get my gauge pods, then maybe go ahead and order my gauges too. I need to watch my expenses now that I have decided I am going to Dragoncon for sure. If something falls through, I will be heading to PA for TDIFest.
