Made manoushe for the first time - dough and everything, za'atar topping. It turned out mostly okay - definitely edible. Next time I must use a slightly lower temperature in the oven, use slightly more olive oil in my za'atar mix and also put the mix on the bread slightly later in the cooking process so it doesn't burn. Oh, and probably roll the dough a little flatter...
