The interview
So yesterday I went to my Olympic volunteers interview for the accreditation department, I'm not sure how many people are being interview but they only need 750! Right I hate interviews but the interviewer was lovely and it was very informal which was good. I had questions like:
Tell me about yourself
What made you apply
Tell me about working in a team
Tell me about a time when you had to get something done at a certain time
Have you ever supervised a team
What do you do if staff members don't get on
Have you an volunteering experience
What do you have that would make us pick you
I talked about alot of crap and was glad when it was over, I won't hear for a few months now maybe, if I don't get a unsuccessful email but Dec 31st then they are still considering me.
