Dinner on Friday: 1/2 lb. ground beef "steak," mixed vegetables with EVOO (steamed) and Mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasoning



Breakfast today: 2 eggs over-easy cooked in 1 tsp EVOO, sprinkled with Mrs. Dash tomato basil seasoning, 2 slices fresh cantaloupe
