By spring, this could be our house.

Mark and I found it while browsing the MLS last night. We stayed up until 1:30am musing about how great this could be.
It's in Cannon Falls, which is far enough away from the cities to be peaceful, but close enough for convenience. The price is right, and if the pictures do it justice, the house is right, too. Granted, it's small and sort of ghetto (the washer/dryer is in the kitchen), but that's all two people without children need for their first home.
We're going to look at the property today. If it looks good, we're going to call a realtor and set up a showing. If we like what we see, we're going to get pre-approved for a mortgage loan. Then...who knows. We could be owners of a new home by spring!!!
I'm not going to get my hopes up, but I am excited at the possibilities.
