Thanks to the veterans
I'm a army brat. I know what the families of the military go through. I thank God, often, that we never got 'the visit', even though my dad has been shot at and other stuff in the course of duty.
I've never been active duty, or reserves, or even had more than one year as a junior axillary. But I appreciate what they do, and why they do it, and what they give up to be sheepdogs keeping the wolves from the door.
To all of you who have served, who are serving, and who will serve: Thank you.
