Rose is in bed, asleep at the moment.

It'd take more than that to hurt her.
She's only a bit bruised and scraped. Sort of.

*Takes deep breath* I suppose I'm not making much sense. We had a bit of an accident in the lab. I'm all right - minor burn on my arm and a few bruises. Rose is a bit worse off. She's spending some time on bed rest, so you might not see her (or much of me) for a bit.
Jackie, Pete, there's a spare room if you want it. She'll be asleep a lot, but she might want to see you.
And for the record, everyone, if you're ever underneath a small pile of debris and you hear your husband frantically asking if you're all right, the most comforting answer is not to reply 'I've still got both eyebrows!', laugh and then pass out.
