1) I slept surrounded by cats. At one point in the night I had to move one of them, because it had the cheek to get in between me and Rose. I only have so much patience, after all.
II. Everything's very quiet at the moment. Completely silent, in fact. I thought I heard something earlier (I'm still half on English time, so I woke up rather early) but now everything's quiet again.
4. Our return to the USA has not gone unnoticed. Our passports going through the system set off some alarm bells of a non-official nature and I was able to trace them through to our old friend Henry Van Statten. Apparently he's curious about the people who persuaded Adam Mitchell to go and work for Torchwood. I can't help but feeling rather glad that we landed in Boston and drove up here - a car should be harder to trace than another flight. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about... I just don't like the idea of being followed. Particularly by someone whose parallel version was something of a collector.
5.
editrx, our hostess, has provided us with lots of information about this place and the surrounding area. I think our plan for today will involve running about and investigating places that look interesting.
6) Everyone is still asleep, including Rose (except one cat, who alternating between rubbing my ankles and jumping up onto my lap (then giving me an evil glare and jumping away every time I so much as breathe)). Would it be rude to help myself to breakfast? I'm starving.
