But you... you've got the TARDIS. And you're going to get it working and find the other me and have adventures. And it's not like we wouldn't come back. And you could come with us, if you wanted. But you've got centuries, Susan. I've got a human lifetime. I don't think you can know how... how brilliant and how terrifying that is. If I get the chance, of course I want to go!

No, Grandfather, I'm not going to get it fixed. Not anytime this century. I can only keep the lights on for thirty seconds before they either flicker out, or blow up.

And do you know? Somehow, for some ODD reason, I really don't believe you when you say you'll come back.

I make time for family now. Have been doing every since I met Rose - Jackie didn't leave me a lot of choice in that and these days I'm glad of it.
