Shouldn't the feeling be reversed?
I wrote a play, well part of one anyway at the beginning of this quarter for a student run festival, and I just got the email right now telling me that they will not be making my play. I am so relieved, you have no idea. It was incomplete, and still have no idea where the story was going to go. Which means I had a whole bunch of kinks in my head to work out, way too many plot holes to deal with. I was actually worried they they might pick the play, and then I'd have to try to get the play done in a matter of weeks. I'll definitely try again next year when I have the story worked out. It is really fun and I'm glad I turned the thing in the first place, but thank God it wasn't chosen.
