i feel her slipping through my fingers, now she's gone, i'm sleeping with the light on
So my sale shopping skills have dropped dramatically. Only came back with one DVD this year. Granted it was Hot Fuzz for a bargain price of £5 but still. The closest I got to being tempted to buy something else was Zodiac on DVD (which I still haven't seen) and a David Beckham calender (...oh be quiet).
But granted for all you LJ folks I've missed out a few days. Namely Christmas. Basically Christmas sucked. Well no, Christmas didn't suck, the fact I, and three other family members, was throwing up all Christmas evening and night sucked. I think my nan gave us a bug. Ew. This also means I'm still in Telford rather than being in Huddersfield to see Matt. This sucks major ass-donkey-balls. I was looking forward to it. On the plus side it does save a £35 train fare + whatever I would have spent.
But as for the Christmas presents I did good. Got the only two things I could think of to ask for: The Killers new album and Hairspray on DVD. I got the expected Simpsons Movie which I wanted, £40, and also an external Hard Drive which I wanted too which is good. And perhaps my best present ever: a Spider Pig. Hehe. Oh it's awesome. I'll have to get a photo or something. Other things included tastys, rubber ducks, couple of amusing books and some clothes.
But yeah: good presents, sucky illness. That's my summary. I'm not going back to Uni until Sunday now though.
I'm now gonna go mooch around online shops. Chow!
