Oh maaaaan. There's just so much fucked up with this and it is amazing and man you're so much meaner than I am holy shit.

I love that Ravi ended up helping out Jazz and patching him up enough to be okay. Of course, we all know that won't last long. Jazz's body doesn't do well with gunshot wounds. It just doesn't.

I'm also kinda impressed that Savin took so long to throw up. I guess everything just hit him all at once. Like the shock of his wife and kid being dead wore off and now reality is setting in and dude, he is not going to handle that well. Not at all. xD

I remembered you called the world of the Tomorrow Series a "borderline dystopia" at one point. Whoops, I took it all the way across that line, haha.

Nope, Jazz isn't exactly going to do well with the traveling with gunshot wounds. Too bad he really couldn't just stay at Ravi's house. Man, is he gonna get a shock when he finally makes it to the desert compound!

Savin kind of reached "shitty things critical mass," and it was just too much once he heard of the NB Purge and had a chance for everything to sink in. Nope, he will NOT handle things well, unfortunately for both him and Jazz.

Why did I laugh a little when Jazz got shot? I'm terrible, but he's like always getting shot. I loved that Ravi ended up coming to his rescue, and interesting that he's an NB too. Is there a Resistance in this AU, and is he part of it, because if so, he might want to leave it now. Yikes.

I loved our description of the shop. So desperate and desolate. You know one thing I'd like to see? Savin being incapable of good judgment while on the run. Because he's got no experience with that and sometimes lacks common sense. Think a less-extreme version of Vivian.

You laughed because Jazz getting shot is kind of almost a running gag at this point, haha. I am, in fact, going to write a scene with Savin where he expresses bad judgment. If all goes according to plan (which it may not because characters with minds of their own), Savin tries to use a credit card in a more affluent area and whooooooops clues them into his location. This leads to HIS getting shot at and he's like "now I know how Jazz and Ryin felt." He's not Jazz, so he's only shot at, not actually shot. After that, he's smart enough to stick to poorer areas, hence the desolate shop with the fucked up mannequin. At least he never forgot to pack a damn flashlight like Vivienne did? lol
