I attack your witty diatribe with my witty image macros. Forums are where intelligent conversation goes to die, IMHO. There's nothing worse than posting in a thread that asks whether you're happy with the way you're fandom is going. Does it matter what music I'm playing? Is voyeurism the lifeblood of all forum junkies? Isn't it better to go read a book or something.
When did self-improvement become a topic of ridicule? Research is non-profit by design and I don't do it for the hits. I have better things to do with my time. Forum junkies mock the people with actual lives outside their internet sphere of influence. They pride themselves on being Internet suspicious I suppose. Finding out a persons real name and number is something a pedophile would do since sending out a friendly e-mail often alerts the forum victim that something is out of place. I salute your steadfastness but expect no similar response.
Newcomers often become forum fodder for a few weeks or so until someone else posts about you in the wrong way. I suppose its hard to accomplish much when it feels like you're being held back physically and emotionally. It's like people are intentionally doing it for the LOLZ, in contrast to moral character. Translation: Kill the retarded n00b. If only LARPers were so vicious. Nothings wrong with their logic in their minds since they don't know the person personally anyway. My life is so Total Recall right now.
Any dissenting comments are appreciated.
