www.healthyfellow.com I'm getting more and more into health and nutrition lately. As I've been reading about how to better myself, I've stumbled across this guys blog. He updates pretty regularly, and so far it's been pretty neat info. I read one of his entries about how chewing gum can relieve stress, I've been feeling really stressed out lately and I know I'm gonna see if chewing gum can help me unwind. There's also some entries about foods and supplements that he's going to try and say if they work. To be honest, I don't normally buy things like that because I want to know for sure that they work and I think I'd believe a real person over a TV commercial. This blog is really informative and I'm going to bookmark it so I can continue to follow it!
