I am editing the 3rd film we have produced this year and it brings me such joy, I am *SO PROUD* of my kids!! It is fun for everyone and a genuine learning experience -
[begin sidenote] creativity is awesome and more meaningful to ME than most/many other types of 'education' - I love math... and language is a basic necessary foundation for SO MUCH - plus Social sudies is my fav subject ---- but CREATIVITY and EXPRESSION are just SO IMPORTANT and often pushed aside...
anyway- in one scene a girl runs by a MURAL I helped her and 5 other kids complete last year and then she goes to a 'movie theatre' where she watches herself get killed from the first film we made - it was like Art & creativity imitating and re-incorporating itself... I was tripply (Triple-y?) happy and proud to see the 'impact' my creative programs have had on the school!

Now, is it morally acceptable or wrong to upload the short film to youtube? if I do, do I cut off the credits? you dont want kids full real names on the internet, but you also dont want to put creativity on the internet without crediting the artists... *sigh*
-P.S. I will probably begin using livejournal again in July when I travel abroad for short travel notes.
