Summary: Dean and Colette tell their grandson the story of Pan Am.
Story Time
“Grandpa,” James called as he climbed up onto Dean’s lap, “tell me a story,”
“A story,” Dean replied “Did you here that, Colette? James wants a story.”
Colette came and sat next to them on the couch, with three plates of Tarte Tartin and her biggest Pan Am smile on her face. James eagerly took a bite and then another. Dean smiled at his wife, most of their friends who had grandchildren, had told them that their grand-kids were completely uninterested and preferred to sit on their Gameboys rather than listen to their stories. But their only daughters, only son seemed to adore them, and they couldn’t be happier.
“What kind of story would you like to here, Cherie?” Colette asked as he put his empty plate on the coffee table.
“A Pan Am story,” James declared as he ran toward his grandparent’s bookcase to pick up the flight log, hoping it would prompt a new and exciting story, of when his grandparents were a Captain and a stewardess.
“Well,” Dean responded, “I think I have one I could tell ya, but don’t tell your Mom.”
A/N: You may notice this is a little short that is because it was originally written under a Pan Am screencap on tumblr. Therefore it will remain complete. The picture used for this was that of the Pan Am book.
