it's been a while....
wow so i haven't updated in for a few weeks.let's see...what's gone on since moondance?
well,for starters i don't know if i already said this but moondance was a BLAST!the bands were good,partying was fun,camping was okay-the only bad part was that it was scorching hot the whole time,like high 90s and a couple days reaching the 100s!but besides the heat it was good.maybe i already talked about moondance i can't remember but anwho...
since then i've just been working and finally accumulating a little bit in my savings account.waiting to see what i'll be awarded this year for financial aid which i'm sure i'll find out here shortly.
kevin and i had our one year anniversary and we took last wkd off work and went to valley fair.we left after work friday and stayed in a hotel at st. cloud.we sat in the hot tub and got some wine....i fell asleep before midnight though cuz i'd just finished a string of double shifts that week and was exhausted.felt sorta bad.saturday we met up w/vanessa and sean and had alot of fun at valley fair.vanessa and i were scaredy cats and only went on a couple roller coasters-sean and kevin went on like every scarey ride they could.the water park was fun and i'm glad we went.after valley fair we went back to st. cloud and had dinner then we both fell asleep befor 11pm-are we getting old or are we just lame asses?meh,who cares.the hotel had a pretty kickass continental breakfast-i made homemade waffles saturday and sunday morning.yum!sunday we stopped at the mall for a little while then he took me to the munsinger (not sure on that spelling)gardens which was really cool and romantic.it was so beautiful!then we drove home.
i get paid today and on friday i'm going to duluth to get help writing my cover letter for my resume and to do a little shopping.cuz w/kevin along in st. cloud i really couldn't shop.i got one thing.shopping w/boys sucks.so i'm gonna give it another try on friday after stopping at umd.i want my resume out next week.end of the month at the latest.
so,today kara and i are going to breakfast then gonna stop at social services so i can find out about the different programs and then see our relatives who're up here a week at one of the resorts.so...i'm outtie!!aLiTa
