Gardens
Today I went with darkladyothsith and a friend of hers to the gardens at Thanksgiving Point. They were very beautiful, with lots of winding paths and very carefully maintained lawns and gorgeous flowers and other plants and trees. I was particularly fond of a little bush I found in a few different places called "silver mound"; the placard said it was native to China. It was silvery-green and it was also very soft and fluffy to touch. If I ever find it available as a houseplant, I will buy one and keep it on my desk and probably pet it to death.
Lunch: Microwaved thing of mattar paneer, chana masala, and rice. Dessert: Ice cream and 2 girl scout cookies.
Dinner: 1 piece marlin nigiri, 3 pieces hamachi and green onion maki, 2 pieces rainbow roll, some edamame, and a small bowl of miso soup.
