I found the following comment about Eat, Pray, Love somewhat amusing: “Now if she’d done spirituality in Italy and food in India, THAT would be original." (From http://www.faithandfamilylive.com/features/crazy_but_true/) Of course, if she'd done spirituality in Italy, she would have ended up realizing just how selfish she was being and what kind of a story would that make?
