Turning 27
Well I'm not even really sure where I should begin this post because it's been a few months since I've posted anything. Life has been really freaking crazy and busy. Since I lost my job at Boystown I finally started a new job at Convergy's at the beginning of June. I really wasn't impressed with that job and was happy that I had other opitions available. So I dropped that job and started working TWO full time jobs. I started training for both jobs on the same day. I went in at First Data at 4am til 12pm. Which was a bit rough but I really like the job. Then I went to Hyatt training from 5p to 1030pm. So I was getting sleep between both jobs. And I love them both. Well I lasted the month of training at both jobs. A few days were rough but I made it. Then once I was done training my hours were 330p til 12a at Hyatt and then I went to FDR at 130a til 10am. Mind you I got a total of 4 days off a week but none of them were together. So I was getting about 3 hours of sleep a day if I was lucky. Well then last week I got really sick and we won't even get in to that here but I am much better now and I think that is because I gave up my job at FDR. The extra money was great but I decided that we have to work manditory overtime at Hyatt and there's always hours to be picked up so I can work as much overtime as I want there. So I'm much happier with only having one job. Just have to work some overtime each week and I'll be good. So that's what's been happening on the job front.
Jennifer and her fiance and I moved in to our new place July 1st. That was a bad day all around because of the heat and all the shit that we had to move. But thanks to her father and one of his co-workers we got things moved in recorded time which really impressed me. The new place is HUGE and we love it. And we all have had a few little fights but nothing major which is a good thing. We don't really get to see each other all that much but it's all good when we do.
My dad got a job in Iowa so my parents will be 2;5 hours away by the end of the year. Which I think we are all excited about. It's really good for my mom because I know that she misses me and would love to see my niece a lot more then she's able too. So I can't wait for them to be closer so that we can all spend more time together with the baby and what not. She's getting so damn big it's sad.
As for everything else in my life it's been pretty boring. Haven't really had time for much...kinda dating here and there but nothing serious and I'm ok with that. My 27th birthday is on Friday and to be completely honest it feels like a normal day. Although I am going out of town to Wisconsin to see my best friend from high school and her family. Whom I haven't seen in I think it's been 4 years now. We are going camping I guess so that should be fun. Just seems so weird to think that I'm going to be 27 just seems like it's not true. But I guess good this come with age. So we'll see. But yeah....and I just want to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO EVERYONE THAT I'VE MISSED. It's not because I forgot just that I didn't have time to post anything and I don't have anyone's numbers. SORRY PEPPER DANIEL NENNA LANNY and anyone else I left out. I LOVE YOU GUYS AND FREAKING MISS YOU DAMNIT.
