boring weekend catchup !
i dont usually hate Mondays but fuck I hate today already - and it was so hard to get out of bed
weekend was .. different
Caught up with halcyon_traced on Saturday (thank you for helping me out !) which was great and heard about liquid_kandi getting her dread extensions done. Im so jealous. I want extensions soooo badly but I cant wait to see hers ! I should be getting a new fall off the lovely Cass in a week or two, w00t !
Saturday night was spent making lil gogans !! hehe I cant wait for the pics.
It was my cousins 14th or 15th b'day party and she was having a Goth & Ghouls party. The idea was for the kids to come dressed as they wanted and have their hair and makeup done at the party. My Aunty asked myself to do hair and makeup - im glad i dragged Lee along !
2.5hours we were there doing hair and makeup for about 12 girls and boys and we did a fucking awesome jobs !! Lee & I had made yarn hair falls for the evening - about 5 sets.
I did one boys hair - he had shoulder length black hair and wanted dreads so I plaited his hair with black pipe cleaners & it turned out wicked. I was so impressed. They were all worthy of Goganspotting :-) haha
They then got picked up at 9.00pm for a 1.5hr Fire Engine ride throught city etc. I wish I was 14 again :-( (not !)
We then cruised home for a bit of this and a bit of that ;-) and stayed up all night chatting and doing girly things whilst the boys played XBox. I wonder how Fundamental 3 was. meh ....
Sunday was a write off :-/ No sleep at all Saturday so spent Sunday in and out of bed attempting to sleep but no luck :-( very frustrating !! I was meant to go Sunday driving and see Pegbitch but it just wasnt going to happen that day. Must have been the day for it though coz we were meant to have family and friends over for lunch and in the arvo and they all ended up cancelling - which we were happy about :-D
As much as Id rather have been at home, eating a home cooked meal and watching MTVs Sunday Roast programs and snuggling with my boy - it was spent handing out programs at the Perth Concert Hall and watching the school performances for their Presentation evening. yay ! Me & Jane snuck out half way through.
And now its Monday, blegh. Atleast the day is trolling along fast but fuck I wish it was over already.
