so tomorrow i figure out what im gonna be getting paid. Apparantly, Bethany told me that today Larry was going INSANE and dropping the fuck bomb everywhere. She's said she has never seen him cuss before since he's been a really reserved guy. I guess this whole thing going on with me getting screwed over with this whole job thing has really gotten to his last nerve and hes tired of people going above him and fucking everything up. Totally understandable. I think the main reason why he is pissed is that he knew I could do the job and that he needed me to help cover shifts and give the other hard working and underpaid labbies a friggin BREAK. Hes also really protective of any female staff and if there are any problems regarding them he kinda puffs up and gets in people's faces. Which is badass in my opinion. GO SARGENT SANTAW! haha anyway. I never really had a man really stand up for me before, in all honesty. So its kinda cool :) even though Larry is about 60 years old.. haha he could kick some ass though O_O.
But yeah, I'm kind of dreading tomorrow.. But then again I need to be grateful for what I have. I just keep getting kicked in the nuts with stuff and its just so frustrating to me. Plus everybody in the whole department now knows of what is going on and that makes me look like a retard. BLEH! Katy was nice enough to spot me and justin some money to hold us over til the 15th ..Thank god ><;; We already bore a hole through it but at least it helped us buy some much needed groceries and gas.
I talked to an old friend today.. Ryan. I havent seen him in a year or two and he hasnt changed a bit. He did say I was really bitter though, well more bitter than what he knew from before. I told him I've just been going through some shit, juggling jobs, tired of not getting paid for my damn work and etc. meh. He's almost done with his CAP class though so I will be excited to see his new demo reel!
ANYWHO! Im contemplating whether or not I should go into MG studios tomorrow .. I honestly dont have the gas money for it and I feel bad for the poor girl who is my texture partner.. She sometimes has to drive about 2 hours to get to the studio. :( they dont even give her gas money or anything.. its so bunk. oh yeah, and the new BodyPaint v. 3.5 is fucking retarded. Everything is different from the version I've used and nothing works right. ugh. OH YEAH and all the FUCKING tutorials are all from version 2!! WTF! that is more than a version behind.. ugh. RETARDS D: ! "HERE YOU GO GIRLS, HAVE THIS NEW PROGRAM THAT YOU HAVE NEVER USED ! THESE IRRELEVANT TUTORIALS WILL BE OF GREAT HELP TO YOU :D AS WELL AS THE ABUNDANCE OF TUTORIALS ON GOOGLE YOU WILL FIND!"
every google return i've gotten in search of a decent tutorial has been noobs posting on forums who have recieved no replies or some horrible engrish written tutorial.
