Back in NYC...
Arrived yesterday and survived a 2-hour SuperShuttle ride. It's good to be back in NYC even if it is hot...I do miss CA weather. I'm very excited for the upcoming school year and can't wait to start setting up my classroom. It's definitely one of my favorite parts of the year. Ya'll know how much I enjoy organizing things.
Before coming back to NYC I read through the Chronicles of Narnia series by C.S. Lewis. I must say that The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe is still my favorite of the seven. I didn't care for The Voyage of the Dawn Treader that much and felt that The Silver Chair was a little anti-climactic (or resolved too quickly). I was disappointed with The Last Battle as well. Anyways...I hope all is well and I'll try and be better about updating!
