What a day...
It started last night around 9pm when Jenn and I camped outside Rockefeller Center for the Today Show (Bon Jovi was performing). Nothing like lying on a blanket on the sidewalk to make your back hurt. 9 hours later we (the entire crowd of hundreds....the line went around the block like a big "U") were all anxiously waiting to get in. At one point I was scared for my life. We made it in and didn't end up that close, but I was on tv 3 times and shook Meredith Vieria's hand. Not bad at all. Then I headed to my old student teaching placement to see their Audition Musical performance of "Pinocchio." Soo good! Then it was nap time, snacks and class. Gotta try and get some work done in the next few days (I need to write about 10 pages for the book I'm writing with a professor). Hollingworth (the Science Summer Camp at TC I'm working at in July) starts soon. Plus July is the month of Harry Potter! I can't wait!
