Pie....in the FACE!
Heh...yesterday I "made" pie.
It tasted fine, but the crust looked like crap. What happened what the greatest kitchen blunder I have ver made since I was....seven-ish and baked a double batch of brownies in a smaller pan than what it should have been. And it exploded. A splode!!!!!!!!!!!
But anyway, what happened yesterday was that I flash cooked the crust, at 100 degrees too high (accidentally)
and so the sides collapsed and part of it didnt cook right... *sigh*
