Can Vrigin do anything right?

I've been waiting for my second virgin bill this week but haven't got it yet, so I phjone them and ge tthe stupidiest person ever on the phone who first uses my first name without asking, then informs me I'm getting a bil for 370 because they goofed up.

*Sarcasm ensued*

TEN minutes later I have paid part of that bill off as I wanted to do TWO MINUITES into the call.
I'm livid
