Basic Road Food Pyramid.

So, the way I see it, to achieve a balanced diet you need to only look to the popular food pyramid.
So on the trip today I did exactly that.
Fiber:  those great tiny powered donuts , exactly 6 to a pack, which could probably also be considered a dessert too.
Fruit:   Cold Orange Crush soft drink.
Meat:  Slim Jim stick, I "think" it is meat.
Dairy:  Those great Crunchy Cheetos (cheese? is dairy)

I feel so much healthier now.
This saw me through the trip and is so much better than a bag of double bubble all day.
