So I was thinking... a dangerous pursuit at best

So, I was reading A Statistical Analysis of Quidditch, and after falling asleep somewhere's around the third sentence, I woke up. It occured to me, once upon a time, before cell phones, there was Star Trek, which featured a cell phone like communicator that let the crew 'get beamed up'. Skip forward some 20 or 30 years, and voila! There IS - ok, was - such a thing as a foldable communication devise, called the Razor or whatever. You still with me? Ok, anyway, MAYBE, just maybe, someday there will be flying broomsticks on which Muggles will play Quidditch with honest-to-gawd flying bludgers, quaffles and gold plated snitches. I mean, really... this is GOING to happen, just because there is a whole generation of bay-bay muggles that grew up reading/watching Harry Potter & the annoying things, and they will grow up, attend MIT and other Muggle hangouts of higher learning and they will invent flying broomsticks, and the lot.

Honestly. Doesn't the thought that you will be able to some day buy a Nimbus 2035 and then bitch how they didn't get the bugs out of the Nimbus 2034S just make you want to freakn' SQUEALLLL for days?
