(no subject)
It's a really cruel situation to be stuck lying on your back unable to move because your back is out, the remote control having fallen just out of reach, and having president Bush on TV addressing the nation. It's never the actual address that gets to me, but rather the Q&A. I can't count the number of times I just shouted "What are you talking about??" at the TV while he was 'answering' his first question. He twice said "to get to my point" only to start rambling on again about I don't even know what, certainly not an answer to the question. Not even a roundabout answer to the question so as not to have to answer it directly. It's as if he just goes on about something completely unrelated that uses a couple of the same words the reporter did. So painful. So frustrating. So embarrassing. I can't listen to him do Q&A. I managed to get my ass off the couch in hopes of getting into the shower. This day is going by SO SLOWLY...
