The scene with Faith and Wesley was my favorite. Until the Faith/Buffy porch thing.
I love this! I tend to forget that these characters are still young, still subject to the same shit that everyone goes through at that age, and you've done a marvelous job of making them act like real, fucked-up, insecure people. Just like all of us were.
I know that you have r/l stuff to deal with, so I'm quite happy to be patient, however - if you don't finish this I might have to hunt you down and chain you to a keyboard. ;) L
Aww thank you! I will take your threats as a compliment. :) No worries, I am fully planning on finishing and have most of the major plot points mapped out. The problem is that I also have two other stories started and sometimes I want to work on those. I'm bad that way. :D
Glad you enjoyed. Much of the next chapter is done so hopefully it won't be too long until that's up. Thanks for commenting, as always!
oooh I'm glad there's happiness! I hope Buffy realizes how hard Faith's admission was and appreciates what a big deal that is to Faith. I like that while your Faith is just as emotional as the show's version, you have consistent characterization, whereas S3 Faith was all over the place. I don't think her character was defined enough or had a good idea where it was going, the writers just forced her into being a bad guy at the end of the season. Your version is a lot more human and believable!
plus, glad to see Cordy interacting with the group, even if somewhat uneasily. I hope they can all mend some bridges at some point. And good to see Wesley breaking out of his shell earlier than on the show(s)! Look forward to more! :D
Thanks so much! That's pretty high praise. :P I actually didn't mind too much about her portrayal on the show. There was a lot about Faith that they didn't delve into, but it can be seen as it's not revealed because Buffy and co. didn't care enough to ask for more info. Grrrr!
Anyway, so glad you are enjoying it, especially what I'm going for with Wes and Cordy. I want Faith to have her own little Scoobies. :)Thank you for commenting!
Eh. Bribe's are always nice, but never really needed xD I was in the mood to make pretty things so... hence that lol.
Thank you! Yeah, it's a dark story so I thought a happy ending would take away from it. My beta's ending though had me laughing though so I wanted to put it in for those people who need a happy ending or they'll die or something xD
