The obligatory I-am-still-alive-and-breathing post
Hello there, f-list! I haven't been able to do a lot of lj-ing lately because of college and the multitude of exams that bombard me every week for my summer classes. Moreover, I don't have my laptop since my mom decided I won't really need it for anything (except, probably, to keep my sanity). I've thought of posting here a few times during the school year, but I had to set my priorities right.
It's been a while since I managed to sit down and just type. Since I'm taking one of the taken-for-granted-yet-killer courses in the University (why hello there BS Math), I have a lot of free time but that free time is also spent to chew my brains and reflect on how I've been faring since I came here. I haven't been able to write fanfics anymore and I'm just so tired everyday. I haven't even been able to go out drinking or enjoy the life of a free college freshman. I barely go out of the dorm too, and if I do it's usually for a short mall trip or grocery shopping (and, rarely, a church trip). I'm currently scared for my status here (I failed 3 subjects out of 5 or 6) and I really, REALLY hope I manage to get out of this slump and improve myself starting this summer.
So, if any of you are living in Quezon City or going to school in UPD or ADMU, feel free to poke me or send me a PM (we can share cellphone numbers if you like!)~ I'll try not to abandon my poor journal like this again!
