The Sea Bell
I got back from Rhode Island today.
Overall, it was a pretty good vacation, if too short. We had good weather and some really awesome beach days. There wasn't any Burlingame drama this year, like last year, so that was a nice improvement.
I just can't wait until we get the beach house again this August. It might be the last year, too; my family's been talking about getting one outside of RI, down in the Carolina's or something. It will NOT be the same. I'll never get over Atlantic Ave, I don't think. That beach is my lover, let me tell you.
Anyway, this is just a quick update to let you know that I haven't even looked at my flist yet, mostly afraid of the state that it's in, but I'll get to it. I can't wait to see any fic that I've missed, especially.
But I should probably head to bed, since I'm pretty exhausted. I'm painting my room tomorrow, most likely, too. "Sea Reflections," the color's called.
