ERASUREATHON ENTRY.

My assignment was lettersandliars, which, omg I could not have been more thrilled about. I knew exactly what fic of hers I wanted to erase, but still spent several hours re-reading EVERYTHING SHE'S WRITTEN EVER and did two additional erasures that I'll post laterI'm just sad I didn't do this before, because it's really fucking fun

YOU! I LOVE YOU!

Oh my god, I don't even know how to start with this because everything is so great. I think I just need to flail about the second stanza for a minute, because omg omg it is perfect. Violent emotion and grace far behind him YES PLEASE because that is Roxas, he is all the messy, ugly parts of Sora but at the same time he is the part of Sora that keeps him human instead of just hero, because Roxas is all the pieces of Sora that feel, only he does it far too much for anybody's liking.

to his obsession.GOD, AXEL, IS IT EVER. He has to be a wiseass because it makes him feel like it doesn't mean anything, like he's okay with not existing and therefore nothing he does, including being totally, stupidly in love with Roxas, can be held against him, because he just doesn't care. Except the part where he's a big ol' woobie who's lying to himself. I LOVE IT

First off, I am thrilled that you like this. And you just...GOT EVERYTHING I was trying to do so I am so, so happy that it worked.

CONFESSION TIME: I was pretty sure it was like, ~the height of vanity~ to even attempt this, because I'm so fascinated by both them and their relationship, yet I (still, trololol) know so little about the fandom. It was just like, "HOW CAN I GET AWAY WITH DOING THIS, WHAT."

But d00d, your writing is so descriptive and meticulous and you shape all of your characters so well that I have really distinct ideas now about who they all are. They're real to me, and I feel like I know more than enough from how you write them to give it a shot writing them myself.

Which is basically me telling you that you write character studies apparently without trying, lol, because every bit of meaning here is taken straight from what you'd already written.

I didn't even remember until after I had already commented that you're not even in the fandom *__* how did you even do that, man. I refuse to take credit for that but I kinda do in a bad way? Because I always have this suspicion that all my KH fics are the same Axel/Roxas fic because I'm always like AXEL AND ROXAS LOVE EACH OTHER AND THIS IS HOW, but you managed to say what took me thousands of words to get across in, like, 150. And that's AWESOME. I am still not over how much I love this erasure, I've read it probably five times by now. Post the other two so I stop feeling like a creeper!
