True Blood?
I got a text from my sister this morning asking what's a good place to read fanfic, other than fanfiction.net.
After directing her furiously away from ff.net (I cringe just thinking she was on there without being warned ahead of time) I finally came to my senses and asked her why, exactly, she wanted to know. And what fandom she wanted it for. (She knows I'm into it, but really has no idea just what fandom involves, nor has she expressed any interest in it whatsoever).
Apparently, she's reading True Blood fic. She finished the Sooki Stackhouse series (no idea if that's badfic or not) and people told her (who is she talking to on the internets omg) that "the fanfic for the characters are really good" so she thought she'd try it.
What is happening in my life, srsly.
Naturally, I told her to go to LJ, but then I realized that she would have no idea what to do once there, so I volunteered to find some for her (idk what she's come across so far or if she's fully prepared to go looking) although I've never seen the show and really have no idea where/who to look for, myself.
What I'm trying to say here is, do any of you watch True Blood? Any com or author recs you can throw my way?
