Chicken fried in butter, add chorizo, red wine, thyme, passata, paprika, onions, peppers, pork stock, black pepper, more black pepper , stir it and add more black pepper. Put in oven for a bit and throw some potatoes in there as well to bake. Serve with steamed green beans.
After wards, sneak into kitchen and scrape off the burnt bits from the casserole dish...caramelized sauce...OMG OMG OMG

In order to burn off some of the extra calories I may have inadvertently consumed I cut up an old duvet and fashioned a cat bed. It looks like a pork pie without the lid. I wanted it small but high so he fills it and hence had duvet touching his sides keeping him warm. It has had one use so far I will be interested to see if he chooses to sleep in it. He certainly chose to avoid the snow today, according to the lack of footprints he appears to have levitated at some point.
