Cooking spree... cont
Well, I guess I must have been in the mood, but I also cooked on Thursday. My friend Cynthia had been in the hospital with some stomach problems so they put her on a special diet, and since she'd been sick, heck I'm sure she didn't feel like cooking! So I made her that extra pork tenderloin, made a jambalya (which I later realized she couldn't eat because of the cayenne pepper!), and some chicken and noodles with a soy sauce. We ate some of the chicken and noodles on Friday, and I must say it was YUMMY! It was an experiment that turned out really well, I'm doing it for us for dinner tonight!
Otherwise, we've just kind of been hanging out doing nothing. Sean did sleep from 9pm-5am with only a short 1am rebundling, on Friday, however did not repeat it last night... I'm hoping this is the start of great things!! :)
