Well, I'm kind of bummed. Spent over 10 hours today trying for the first time to make a real homemade beef stock, and it turned out tasteless. I dumped it out, and will just use Campbell's in the French Onion Soup I want to make. I have never had any any luck making stock of any kind. I think that Campbell's and Swanson's make it just fine, so I guess I'll just stick with them!
