In Which Sylvester Gains A Friend
Some of you may remember my numerous complaints about Sylvester being very noisy when I'm trying to podfic. This is mainly because he gets a lot of use and therefore, gets very overheated (Indeed, overheating was one of the things that did in both Sylvester I and, eventually, my old desktop, Zog).
Sooo, because I love him madly, I have bought him a companion. A cooling tray. And I'm very pleased with it so far. ^__^
In my longstanding tradition of giving my electronics pretentious names, I have named him Malachai.
For those unaware, here is a list:
Emily Bartholomew = my iPod
Malachai = the cooling tray
Sylvester II (Full title: The Right Honourable-Except-When-He's-Messing-Me-About Sylvester II, Lord Of All My Free Time And Often My Not-Free-Time As Well, He-Who-Apparently-Has-Some-Sort-Of-Grudge-Against-Podfics) = my laptop.
