im on my own today. everyone has gone out. i decided to go shopping to get some 'ana food' so if i do eat its low in calories. im gonna get breadsticks (21cals each, carrot sticks, hot chocolate powder (30 cals per cup) and of course, diet coke! i think that should keep me satisfied for a while. im gonna walk to the shop aswell so i should burn away the cals that keep me fat. i should be walking for about an hour and a half altogether so at least thats some exercise. i might also drop into the herbal shop to see if they have any diet pills.
i have a xmas part on wednesday and i need to shrink my drainpipe jeans. there too big for me now. i got a UK size 8 but they're not as tight as they should be. i can pull them down with the zip and button done up. im gonna wear super high heels so hopefully i should at least look thin. i hate my thighs so much, especially the tops of them. i feel disgusted when i think of them.
oh my god there is only 6 days left till xmas. i need to shift my fat soon. if i dont make my 112 target by xmas day i will deffinitley be 112 by new years. my new motto is new year, new start, new diet! im going to get super uber thin next year and i'll make sure of it! i'll work extra hard at it and be completley dedicated and motivated...i hope =/
