1. What did you do in 2004 that you'd never done before? Graduated High School, went to Hair school, went to the bar, lots more stuff I just can't think of.
2. Did you keep your New Year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?: Umm I never really make any
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?: Not that I'm aware of...
4. Did anyone close to you die?: Jerry Orbach from Law & Order passed away yesterday...we weren't close but damn I'll miss his snarky remarks.
5. What countries did you visit?: USA
6. What would you like to have in 2005 that you lacked in 2004?: a long-term relationship with someone who is very much worth my time and an exciting job
7. What dates from 2004 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?:
Feb-Aaron's surprise party March-Me and Aaron finally started dating April-Chicago, Aaron & I broke up, lol June-Dicking around at school, grad & Marilyn's 18th bday July-My cabin and being oh so gorgeously tanned Aug-Kati's 18th birthday Sept-New school, my Birthday weekend & Dave's bday Nov-going to the bar lots Dec-Carolyn's Bday, Midterm hell at school, having bronchitis and Christmas
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?: Going to Hair school and doing well in it.
9. What was your biggest failure?: umm, not sure
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?: I ended the year with severe bronchitis
11. What was the best thing you bought?: my flatiron, lol
12. Whose behaviour merited celebration?: Andrea for being able to move away to Thunder Bay to start a new chapter, Kati for being my fellow bar-star for a while there and being very cheery and Marilyn for not giving up on me
13. Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed?: Lots of different things
14. Where did most of your money go?: School, booze and well, booze
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?: Pan Am pool crew event, Saftey Video, seeing movies, School (nerd), Everyone's birthdays, the bar
16. What songs will always remind you of 2004?: too many to list, everything I have in my music folder pretty much
17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i) happier or sadder? I am definately sadder this year, last year at this time I could not wait for Jasa's New year's party, this year I'm like meh New years...super
ii) thinner or fatter? fatter, very much so actually
iii) richer or poorer? about the same

What do you wish you'd done more of?: worked harder in High School, thanked more people for being there for me, especially Andrea who sat with me in English the day I bawled in front of everyone because Aaron had broke up with me the night before, you weren't ashamed to be seen with some cry baby and I never told you how much that meant to me, and also you and Kati for listening to my drunken crying on Kati's birthday, I love you guys so much, I'm sorry.
19. What do you wish you'd done less of?: complaining, arguing, believing gossip, wasting my time on love
20. How did you spend Christmas?: like usual, with the family but we played Cranium...oh we played it this year too
22. Did you fall in love in 2004?: I did and I fell out of it too
23. How many one night stands?: 40-5-30-4.5=0.5 yea that's right, half of one (it didn't end up going all the way)
24. What were your favourite TV programmes?: Seinfeld, Friends, The O.C., Law & Order, CSI, Days & Sex & the City
25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?: I wouldn't say hate but I was betrayed and now strongly dislike some certain people
26. What was the best book you read?: Confessions of An Ex-Girlfriend
27. What was your greatest musical discovery? not sure
28. What did you want and get?: I wanted to grow up, and I did
29. What did you want and not get?: I didn't get "any" which isn't a surprise (I second that Lisa)
30. What was your favourite film of this year?: Napolean Dynamite, Garden State, Meet the Fockers

What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?: My bday was on a Thursday so I went to Marigold with my mom and sister, then the Friday we went to Applebees for supper where I ended up getting drunk and told people off, lol and the Saturday I had to go to Team leader class with Martha and Matt Wilms, lol and then that night went to Bills and it was awesome!
32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?: not losing touch with the Quad-Pod, but hopefully a New Years Eve Reunion is in progress if they come to the party I've invited them to...:)
33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2004?: I have no idea, I miss wearing jeans, black pants are nice until you have to wear them for school dress code!
34. What kept you sane?: my Family
35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?: Adam Brody, Sara Jessica Parker and I dunno, lots probably
36. What political issue stirred you the most?: Bush being re-elected
37. Who did you miss?: Andrea, Kati & Marilyn
38. Who was the best new person you met?: Tiff, Debbie & Nicole, my school buds, I loved going to the farm
39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2004: Even if you don't understand your friends, try to get involved even if they tell you to piss off, because I let mine go without being annoying and butting in and may have lost one of my best friends. I miss her so and even if she thinks this is all bull shit it's not, so please I want to see you before you leave, come to the New Year's party tomorrow night and bring your beau, I would love to see you guys. Oh and never tell your best guy-friend that you've secretly been in love with him when you're hammered, it just never goes well. I'll admit it I learnt a lot this year and I've cleaned up my image quite a bit, so I hope good things happen and everyone can learn to forgive me for the bad I have done this year. Love you all.
