That does look pretty awesome! Okya, HYD is *definitely* on my Must Watch list.

(The two male leads are both in Gokusen 1, and Rui's actor is the main love interest in Hana Kimi, if you're interested in seeing more of them later on.)

Ive heard good things about Hana Kimi, so that's on my list. As is Meteor Garden, Summer Snow, and a whole bunch of other things. But those might have to wait until after we get out of Alaska. Because, honestly, it's taking me two to three days to download each episode, and it's MAKING ME CRAZY.

and yes, it is awesome.

Now, I just need to find some freaking ICONS, and Ill be all set.

I go crazy after a couple of hours; no way could I stand to wait several days for my next hit episode! You're a strong, strong woman.

Hana Kimi is fantastic, cracky goodness.

Try doramacon (I did a quick scan of the first couple of pages and found several entries containing HYD icons).

Im not strong, Im desperate. Im clawing at my computer screen, begging it to hurry!

And really, if my computer and my internet are both cooperating, it takes about a day to download each ep. However, when i keep getting bounced offline, or the connection is so slow the download times out...then i cry, because it takes DAAAAYS and i cannot wait that long! im watching SPN s2 while im downloading, because at least the pretty is distracting.

yay! thank you! i already see a couple that i like!

I got hooked on the anime several years ago... never tried the live action drama though. I'll definitely check them out.

want me to see if I can rustle up some of the anime? They're probably low quality real files.

Sure! As long as the files are smallish. My internet connection sucks out here, and it's taking me days to download one ep at a time.

Im usually not much for anime, but I definitely want to see how different the storylines are in both.

the liveaction is hilarious and over the top. i just watched ep 5 last night, and there is a perfectly normal nice person who just turned COMPLETELY INSANE and tried to stab people! AWESOME!

I checked with a friend to see if she could snail mail me copies of the episodes I had on disc forever ago...

In the meantime... http://www.amazon.com/Boys-Over-Flowers-Declaration-Vol/dp/B0000A1HVR/ref=pd_bbs_4?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1207858018&sr=8-4

**grins through tired eyes** OMG, I'm hooked! I'm running to the bookstore later today to pick up the manga.

Thanks for the last link. I couldn't get the vids I downloaded to play. I'll have to get my brother to help me later. So instead, I searched youtube for it and found the other live version, "Meteor Garden". I'm on episode 7 of that. I stayed up until eight in the morning to watch them and I couldn't stop myself from watching one more each time an episode ended. lol, Comments say that the version you watched is much better, so I'm going watch that too. But I think "Meteor Garden" will also have a place in my heart as I've watched it first. ^_^

The rain scene? **dies** It was great. I can't wait to see the Japanese version of it. I so need icons of this show know.

um. oops? *angelic grin*

What setup do you have - mac or pc? what is your default player? mine play on real player..

OH. duh. you need to download a program called hjsplit to put them back together as avi files. its a free program and takes up very little space/memory. its really easy to use. id give a direct link, but i dont have one - google it.

Oh yeah. I've downloaded a program or two but it wasn't hjsplit. I'll download that. Especially as I saw there's downloads for ipod format. I can catch up on episodes at work. ^_^

Oh, and I brought the manga and remember why I haven't brought it before. I don't care for the style, but I'm sure I can ignore it for the storeline. ^_^

I still haven't decided if I should hate you or love you for introducing me to Hana Yori Dango.

yeah, you need hjsplit pretty much across the board for these. some of them might be in .rar format, but i think most of them are hjsplit. its a neat little program.

and somewhere deep down, you love me for it. i know it.
