My most recent project for Color Theory was a self-portrait. I didn't really like the way the overall piece turned out, but though I would share the poetry scrawled across it.

Caterwaul

I will see
Through the dark and fog
Of what they tell me
I should be, could be, must me
Who I am, what I am, where I stand
My place, my reason, my purpose
I will cry out,
Caterwaul, fight, argue, wail
Protest, holler, declare and proclaim
I will never be silent
