last night jamie and i were lying on top of his bed having a rant at how shit bits of our relationship were in time for valentines day & i had this massive sudden headache but it died after a bit. a while later, i had this stomach cramp and took the biggest shit ever, but then my head started pounding again. i kept feeling faint and suddenly cold.

That is absolutely fucked!!! I hope you be okay, and the results come back to say 'you are okay, it was a minor thing due to this, we have recognised the problem and it will not happen again' - a good diagnosis is better than no diagnosis.
