One reason I will always love Savannah at least a little bit is the completely inexplicable existence of this door.

EDIT Posting this ignited my curiousity a bit, so I decided to investigate a little online. Found
this link discussing the building a bit and the door's possible origins. As for other connections, apparently two-time Marlowe actor Robert Mitchum spent some time on a chain gang in Savannah after being arrested for vagrancy when he was 14, but I have my doubts that would've done anything to inspire this.
