So, Heath Ledger is dead. This probably won't be so big a problem to The Dark Knight as it will be to The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus.
Though on the subject, it's good that someone else had the idea that Tom Waits needs to play the Devil. And it's comforting that the other person to have that idea is one of my heroes.
