(no subject)
So, in anticipation of Wednesday's premiere, I decided to scan some things've been sitting in my sketchbook.
Like Apollo here.
Back when I used to post sketches it was my way of announcing that a new unfinished page was on Flickr, but you won't find anything from chapter four there. Being that I actually have a scanner on the computer I use, I no longer really need it to transport pages between computers, so I'm gonna go ahead and leave it as a surprise.
I should be revising my script so I can dialogue the four pages I have inked, but instead I'm looking at Frazetta paintings. Time well spent, I'd say. Ain't nobody does idealised anatomy like this guy. I'm starting to think The Maxx was heavily influenced by his Tarzan images.
EDIT: I was looking at this one and thinking about how much the dude on the left looks like George Clooney before it dawned on me it was a poster for From Dusk Till Dawn.
